Method

1. Begin by rimming a margarita glass with salt. Wet the rim with a lime wedge, then dip it into a plate of salt to coat the rim.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add 1 shot of tequila, the pulp of 1 fresh passionfruit, 30mL of fresh lime juice, and 15mL of orange liqueur.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
4. Strain the margarita into the prepared glass and garnish with a fresh passionfruit half and a sprig of fresh mint.
